STANDARD RATES - NON-EXCLUSIVE FLIGHTS

* These rates assume that we may fill up the balloon (up to 4 people). Exclusive rates are available (see below).

***Private location flights (your back-yard if it's feasible!) or a location you designate within a 25 mile radius of the Blue Ash Airport. Mileage charge of $0.99 / mile for distances over 25 miles.

DEPOSITS, REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS

A $50 non-refundable deposits are required for all reservations, and are valid for 1 calendar year from the time of receipt. Flights are refundable up to 30 days prior to the reservation date, less the $50 non-refundable deposit shown above.

Cancellations or reservation changes at least 72 hours prior to the meeting time are permitted.

Cancellations within 24-72 hours (1-3 days) of the meeting time will result in forfeiture of the flight deposit, or the equivalent amount charged to the credit card on hold.

Should you fail to show up at the scheduled meeting time, or cancel less than 24 hours in advance of the meeting time, the full flight fare will be due. Failing to show up at all, or arriving late enought to miss the flight - is considered a "no-show".
